I loved how the hotel was just a short walk from both the USS Midway Museum and the Maritime Museum of San Diego, making my sightseeing effortless and enjoyable as I strolled through the picturesque waterfront area. plus, the vibrant ground-floor bar was a welcoming spot to relax after a day of exploring, offering great food and friendly service.

The stay was highlighted by the excellent omelettes at breakfast, and the friendly staff who made dining in the bar a pleasant experience. The room was bright and comfortable with a nice window cushion, perfect for relaxing. However, parking was challenging due to the high fees, and the nearby lot lacked in/out privileges, which was inconvenient.

The design is stunning and elegant. Rooms are comfortable with spacious layouts. The gym has excellent equipment. Rooftop yoga is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially mentioned Juanita at the front desk who really went out of her way to make sure my check-in experience was seamless. I also loved the gym facility, everything was top-notch, which made it easy to keep up with my workouts even while traveling.

I absolutely loved the stylish decor of Hotel Republic San Diego, Autograph Collection. The modern furnishings in the lobby and rooms, combined with the inviting atmosphere, made it feel welcoming and accessible for seniors like me.

More seating in common areas for seniors would help.

San Diego is all about the tacos and fresh seafood! The outdoor terrace restaurant dished out some of the best mushroom flatbread I've ever had, paired with a solid wine selection that made my taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, Jeff, Erika & Bianca took hospitality to another level, ensuring our stay was oh-so-perfect.

Now, let’s chat about check-in. Getting hit with confusing info on deposits and extra charge mishaps felt like a bad taco in my burrito, but the staff eventually clarified things. Still, a smoother check-in would’ve added some extra sunshine to my day.

Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous room, and our corner suite had a soaking tub which was a huge bonus. the staff was lovely and attentive, making our stay unforgettable, and the easy 300 meters walk to the transit station made exploring the area effortless.

Our group had an awesome time! The hotel made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the waterfront and Gaslamp Quarter. The staff was super friendly and service was fast. Just a heads-up, areas around the hotel might feel sketchy at night, so stay aware! Highly recommend this spot.
